All too often, we see highly anticipated games fail to make it to launch. Thankfully, that’s not the case here. The Seven Deadly Sins: Origin has broken its silence with a brand-new teaser site and the activation of its official social media accounts.
For those unfamiliar, The Seven Deadly Sins is a hugely popular anime and manga series centered on a group of seven legendary warriors. Falsely accused of a crime they didn't commit, they went into hiding, only to return and save the very kingdom that cast them out.
The franchise is already present on mobile, of course, with titles like Grand Cross and the idle spin-off, The Seven Deadly Sins: Idle. But Origins pledges to deliver an experience on an unprecedented scale for the series, featuring vast 3D worlds to explore, colossal enemies to battle, and a completely new storyline to uncover.
OriginallyUnfortunately, the most recent trailer from G-Star 2024 isn't yet available on the official channels. However, the content shown there aligns closely with what's already been released. The launch of these new social channels strongly indicates that the rumored 2025 release window for Seven Deadly Sins: Origin is looking increasingly likely.
What we’re hoping for next is a new, updated trailer that sheds more light on a potential launch window and showcases the game's development progress during its recent quiet stretch.
