Clash of Clans, an iconic slice of mobile gaming lore, is set to undergo a major overhaul with the complete removal of troop training times. This significant update will allow players to deploy their army nearly instantly, enabling quicker engagements in battles than ever before. However, players should keep a close eye on their Training Potions and Treats, as it's time to use them or lose them before the changes take effect.

While Clash of Clans may show its age in some aspects, Supercell has been diligently modernizing the game over the years. The upcoming removal of Troop, Spell, and Siege unit training times marks perhaps the most substantial change yet. Following the elimination of training costs in 2022, this latest move aims to streamline the gameplay experience even further.

As of today, Training Potions and Training Treats will no longer be available through in-app purchases or chest rewards. They can still be obtained via the Trader and Gold Pass for the time being, but players are advised to use them soon as they will be converted to Gems at the end of the month.

Training DayTo help players adapt to this new change, Supercell is introducing a new mechanic called Match Anytime. This feature allows you to attack a snapshot of another player's base if no real opponents are available. You'll still earn rewards, but players whose bases are used in these matches won't lose anything if defeated. This mechanic, already used in Clan Wars and Legend League attacks, will now become standard across the game.

Keep an eye out for additional changes, such as Army Donations now requiring Elixirs or Dark Elixirs to donate. For a comprehensive look at these updates and more, visit the Supercell blog.
