In Avowed, boosting your character's power is key, and treasure maps offer a valuable path to enhancement. This guide details the acquisition of Woedica's Inheritance treasure map and its rewards.

The map is purchased from Sanza's Emporium, located in Northern Paradis' High Market. This area unlocks as you progress through the main storyline. Simply speak with Sanza to buy Woedica's Inheritance map for 100 gold. She also offers the "Mapping the Living Lands" quest.

Locating Woedica's Inheritance

With the map, travel to the Eastern Paradis Gate Beacon (fast travel is recommended). Proceed north along the city walls, requiring a climb over the cliffs below.

You'll find a hidden door concealed within the vegetation. Activate the mechanism to the right to open it. Inside, a treasure chest containing the Gloves of the Strangler awaits.

Gloves of the Strangler: Abilities and Significance

The Gloves of the Strangler are unique gloves offering two passive bonuses:

• 3% Critical Hit Chance: Increases the likelihood of landing critical hits for amplified damage.
• Lesser Ambushing (15% Stealth Attack Damage): Significantly boosts damage during stealth attacks, ideal for stealth-focused builds.

Note that these passive abilities are not upgradeable. Acquiring the gloves early is recommended to maximize their benefits.
