Here is a broad outline of the content planned for ARK: Survival Ascended from 2025 through 2026:

Unreal Engine 5.5 update for ASA.April 2025: Free Ragnarok Ascended map, the Free Bison, and a new Fantastic Tame.June 2025: A new premium DLC map.August 2025: Free Valguero Ascended map, a community-voted free creature, and a Fantastic Tame.April 2026: Free Genesis Ascended Part 1 and Bob’s True Tales Part 1.August 2026: Free Genesis Ascended Part 2 and Bob’s True Tales Part 2.December 2026: Free Fjordur Ascended map with another community-voted free creature.

One of the most significant updates is arguably the Unreal Engine 5.5 upgrade. Studio Wildcard is also working to allow players to install DLC packs individually, reducing the game's overall file size. Additionally, the team plans to implement Nvidia Frame Generation to enhance gameplay smoothness further.

Alongside new Fantastic Tames and other creatures, the developer is creating a premium map scheduled for a June 2025 release. Please note this DLC will require a separate purchase. While details are currently scarce, Studio Wildcard intends to reveal more information in the upcoming months.

Looking ahead to 2026, players can anticipate Free Genesis Ascended and Bob’s True Tales, both released in two parts. Three Fantastic Tames will be distributed throughout the year. Bug Fixes

Beyond new content, Studio Wildcard is dedicated to addressing bugs in ARK: Survival Ascended. The studio confirms it is closely monitoring community feedback. Key issues slated for resolution include:
