Get ready for a dazzling update in Pokémon TCG Pocket with the introduction of Shiny Pokémon! The Pokémon Company has just announced that the sparkle of Shiny versions will soon grace the digital card game through the upcoming Shining Revelry expansion.

When Are Shiny Pokémon Arriving in Pokémon TCG Pocket?

Mark your calendars for March 27th, 2025, as that's when the Shining Revelry expansion is set to launch. This update is not just about the shinies; it's bringing over 110 new cards to the table. You can look forward to pulling Shiny versions of fan favorites such as Charizard ex, Lucario ex, and Pachirisu.

The new digital format adds an extra layer of excitement by making these Shiny cards shimmer when tilted. And if you're a fan of Charizard, you're in for a treat with the Shiny Charizard-themed display board and binder, available starting April 1st.

Alongside the shinies, Pokémon and Trainers from Pokémon Scarlet and Violet will also make their debut. Keep an eye out for cards featuring Tatsugiri, Sprigatito, and Iono. Plus, from March 28th to April 27th, new ex Starter Deck missions will be available, giving you the opportunity to earn a deck ticket. This ticket can be exchanged for one of nine starter decks, making it a fantastic chance to enhance your collection.
