Pokémon GO Tour: Unova and City Safari Events Announced!

Get ready, Pokémon GO Trainers! Two exciting events are on the horizon. First up, Pokémon GO Tour: Unova arrives in February 2025!

Pokémon GO Tour: Unova (February 21-23, 2025)

This in-person event, inspired by Pokémon Black, White, Black 2, and White 2, will be held simultaneously in Los Angeles (Rose Bowl Stadium) and New Taipei City (Metropolitan Park).

Trainers can explore themed habitats (Winter Caverns, Spring Soiree, Summer Vacations, Autumn Masquerade), each featuring Unova region Pokémon. Shiny Deerling variations will appear based on habitat and time of day.

Masterwork Research offers a chance to encounter Shiny Meloetta. Shiny Sigilyph, Bouffalant, and others will hatch from eggs, and lucky trainers might find a uniquely-hatted Shiny Pikachu via Field Research.

Reshiram and Zekrom (Five-Star Raids), Druddigon (Three-Star Raids), and Snivy, Tepig, and Oshawott (One-Star Raids) will all have increased Shiny rates.

Tickets are available now at a discounted price ($25 USD in Los Angeles, $630 NT in New Taipei City). Add-on tickets offer extra bonuses. The event runs 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time (PST and GMT+8), with booths, team lounges, and exclusive merchandise.

A global event, Pokémon GO Tour: Unova - Global, will follow on March 1-2, offering free Unova exploration for all.

Pokémon GO City Safari (December 7-8, 2024)

Before Unova, join the City Safari in Hong Kong and São Paulo!

This citywide adventure (10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. local time) features Professor Willow and Eevee. Ticket holders receive an explorer-hat-wearing Eevee, which can evolve into various forms while retaining the hat. The "Eevee Explorers Expedition" offers a second hatted Eevee.

Expect Galarian Slowpoke, Unown P, Clamperl, and more in the wild, with Oricorio (Pom-Pom and Sensu Styles), Swablu, and Skiddo hatching from eggs. Location-specific Pokémon will also appear. Maps and (while supplies last) Pikachu or Eevee visors will be provided.

Tickets cost R$45 in São Paulo and $10 USD in Hong Kong, with add-ons available.
