New Forms Unveiled for Fan-Favorite Pokémon at Summer Fest

As summer approaches, Pokémon Go is ramping up the excitement with a major announcement set to debut at the upcoming Pokémon Go Fest in June. Taking center stage are none other than Zacian and Zamazenta—fan-favorite Legendary Pokémon from the Galar region—who will be making their grand entrance in brand new Crowned Forms.

This exciting transformation introduces Crowned Sword Zacian and Crowned Shield Zamazenta, powered by the newly introduced Crowned Sword Energy and Crowned Shield Energy. These special items allow Trainers to evolve Zacian and Zamazenta into their striking new forms, each boasting unique visual designs and enhanced battle capabilities.

Battle-Ready Powerhouses

What makes these forms even more impressive? Despite not being able to Dynamax or Gigantamax like other Pokémon, both Crowned Zacian and Zamazenta can now participate in Max Battles. This opens up fresh strategic possibilities for competitive players.

Each form comes equipped with a powerful signature move: Behemoth Blade for Zacian and Behemoth Bash for Zamazenta. These high-impact moves ensure that both Crowned Forms hold their own in intense Max Raid Battles, offering Trainers an exhilarating edge in combat.

Exclusive Access at Pokémon Go Fest

The 2025 Pokémon Go Fest, taking place this June in Jersey City, Osaka, and Paris, will mark the first opportunity for Trainers to encounter Zacian and Zamazenta in five-star raids. Those who attend will also have the exclusive chance to challenge and capture their new Crowned Forms before they become available globally.
